    BIO-L CLONE IB contains Newcastle Disease Virus LaSota strain and Infectious Bronchitis Virus H120 strain. These viruses were propagated in specific-pathogen-free (SPF) embryonated chicken eggs. Allantoic fluids were harvested and lyophilized. This vaccine has a physical appearance as white lyophilized cake.

Indication for Use:

Prevention of Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis in chickens.

Method of Vaccination:

For chickens 2 weeks old or older that had underwent Newcastle Disease Virus B1 strain vaccination. Administer 1 dose to each chicken via eye drop, nostril instillation, drinking water, or aerosol spray.

Eye drop administration or nostril instillation: reconstitute vaccine with diluent. Mix thoroughly with diluent. Administer 1 drop (approx. 0.03 ml) of the reconstituted vaccine to each chicken via intraocular or nostril instillation.

Drinking water method: reconstitute the vaccine with diluent. Add reconstituted vaccine to specified volume of cold water as described below. Add specified quantity of skimmed milk powder to cold water containing the vaccine as described below. Deprive drinking water to chickens for 2-4 hours before administration of the vaccine. Drinking troughs should be clean and have enough space to allow every chicken to access. The cold water containing vaccine administered should be completely consumed and resume normal drinking water supply to chickens.

Aerosol spray administration:
(1) Windows and doors must be closed to create stationary indoor air. Windows and door must remain closed for 15 minutes after spray inoculation is completed.
(2) Place sprayer at a height of 30 cm above chickens and spray the vaccine to fill the indoor space with vaccine aerosol.
(3) Spray-inoculate 1000 chickens with 1000 doses. For manual sprayers, spray-inoculate with 4000-7000 doses of vaccine using medium-sized spray particles. For automatic sprayer, spray-inoculate with 3000-5000 doses using fine-sized spray particles. Clean the sprayers and their associated equipment after use thoroughly to remove remaining vaccine residues.

Storage Conditions:

Store in a dark place at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.

200Doses/Vial (with 6mL diluent), 500Doses/Vial (with 15mL diluent), 1000Doses/Vial (with 30mL diluent), 2000Doses/Vial (with 60mL diluent), 3000Doses/Vial (with 90 mL diluent) , and 5000Doses/Vial (with 150 mL diluent)

Precautions:

·Follow the instructions from and use under supervision by a veterinarian.

·Vaccinate healthy poultry only. Do not vaccinate sick poultry.

·Use all reconstituted vaccine. Do not save unused vaccine for later use. Do not use tap water for drinking water method and aerosol spray method. Protect vaccine from sunlight

Sterilize unused vaccines and vaccine containers by autoclaving before disposal.
